Tuan Town Commissioners, General Correspondence: File of general correspondence, generally letters between the Assistant County Manager who acted as the Town Manager (O'Luanaigh & Howlett), County Manager and the Town Clerk (P King), and Town Engineer ( F Dunleavy) relating to the administration of the Commissioners, in particular issues relating to housing schemes and the sale of houses to tentant such as handwritten details of scheme for sale or lease of dwellings (1975), the annual estimates such as for 1973, and correspondence relating to proposal to extend town boundary (such as 8/01/1976),and other issues such as sale of stalls, employment of a superintendent for Tuam swimming pool and parks, and to street cleaning and lighting.
