Welcome to Galway County Council Archives’ Online Collections Catalogue
The Online Catalogue contains detailed descriptions, from collection level down to series and item levels of catalogued archival material held in our Archives. Access to the records is available for consultation in our Research Room by prior appointment with the archivist. Material will be continually added to the catalogue as collections are processed. To search for archives go to the search page. Though the catalogue does not provide access to the actual record, where an online digital copy of a document is available there is a link in the catalogue entry to Digital Archives, where it can then be accessed.

Please note that entries in the Online Catalogue may occasionally be temporarily unavailable and some records may not be accessible in the Research Room due to access restrictions or conservation concerns.
