Vol. 1, 1967; Perusing and checking copy Decree (p123, Vol 1, 1966) and amount.

• Volume 1 relates primarily to cost in relation to Malicious Injuries 1965-1967, includes letter from County Secretary to County Account (28 Nov 1968).
• Volume 2 relates primarily to cost in relation Roads files, such as Road Widening, Compulsory  Purchase cases, also 'New Bridge over Railway line near Merlin Park - Advice (p219), and GCC (Garraunnameetagh) Public Right of Way Extinguishment Order 1965 (p238). Includes covering letter from County Secretary to County Account (28 Nov 1968).
• Volume 3 refers to Regional Hospital  and Portiuncula Hospitals Maintenance Accounts. Volume 4 refers primarily to work in relation to the Sanitary Services Department, such as 'Erection of Public Latrine at Movara' (p187); Letter Callow Waterworks (p212). Includes an internal letter from County Secretary's office to County Secretary providing a breakdown of the costs indicating which account (e.g.,Capital Account, General Purposes Account) the charges should be charged against.
• Volume 5 relates to cost, chargeable to the Planning & Development, and General Purposes Accounts.
• Volume 6 refers to costs incurred in relation to Hospital Maintenace Accounts, Ambulance Service, Seeds and Fertilisers Scheme, and similar items; such as 'Electrical Services installation, New Clinic, Tuam' (p110) and Site for proposed new dispensary at Spiddal (p134),  VOLUME CLOSED
• Volume 7 - refers to costs charged against the General Account, associated for instance with Derelict Sites, Libraries, Pounds, Piers & Harbours, Courthouses, and to Roads and Capital Account - such as Bealadangan Bridge (p76) ; Site for Branch Library at Dunmore (p99)VOLUME CLOSED
• Loose material relating to payment of Solicitors cost, including letter from Naughton to GCC stating '...as you righty pointed out, the fact that there are approximately three years' costs due to me outstanding is no fault of yours'. ( 10 Nov 1970)
• Typed 'Affidavit of Credit re Galway County Council Costs 1967-1967' issued by Naughton, detailed date of each payment, by whom paid, Nature of Payment (e.g., Regional Hospital Account; Petrol Pump Fee), Register Number and Amount.
• Also (undated, post 1976) two volumes of Miscellaneous Costs issued by W B Gavin & Co., Solicitors, Dublin, on behalf of Eileen Naughton, Executrix of Will of Hugh B Naughton, Solicitor, Deceased, to Galway County Council. Costs relate to work incurred from 1968 to 1977.
