Minihan Family Photographic Collection / RIC Barracks, Kills, Co. Kildare
Distant image of RIC Barracks with four officers standing outside, two are holding the hands of two female children, one male child is standing slightly in front and to the right of the others. Two bicycles lean against the wall on either side of the building’s main door, another lies on the small patch of grass to the left of the door-way. The substantial three storey building has two windows either side of the main door. The ground floor windows have bars. There is an arched door-way set into the wall on the right and three arched alcoves set into an adjacent garden wall on the left. Trees are in full bloom, and windows in the upper levels are open.
