(Cnocán Glas, Spidéal) referring to some of his recent work, such as an anonymous letter he sent to the newspaper recently which was not published, and advising that he intends to send some articles to Bairéad, which he might find suitable. He has been correcting 'An Braon Broghach' [published 1948] which he got back from An Gúm; he is tormented working on the glossary and dictionary, and notes that he is thinking about going to Dublin for the Oireachtas (Conradh na Gaeilge founded An tOireachtas, the main Irish festival, in 1887. Almost all aspects of Irish cultural heritage is represented at An tOireachtas - sean-nós singing, solo singing, choirs, traditional music, dancing, storytelling, agallaimh beirte, and Irish literature.)
