- Ballinasloe Urban District Council, Town Development Plan 1995-1999 (marked counter copy), together with folder of outsize maps, and an Appendices, adopted by Ballinasloe UDC on 13 June 1995 ;
- Development Plan 2003-2009, effective from 3 January 2003 - while the plan was adopted for a six years, it also take a long term strategic perspective for the next 15 years
