Account (Oct 1874-1875, circa 24pp) includes details of allowance given to various family members, interest of various mortgages, County Cess and Poor Rate payments, Bailiff's Salary (No. 15), expenses for various works such as at Monivea Dispensary (No. 17), National School House (No. 19), Peter Dolly's Forge (No. 21, expenses for lime, building, slating, roofing; total cost £16.13.8).
Rent Ledger (1883-1904, c. 400ff) generally records ½ yearly rent payments for named tenants, in various townlands (listed alphabetically), such as Ballyskea, Ballinamona, Carroferikeen, Derryglassaun, Glanaslat, Kilebeg, Menlagh, and Pollboy.
Also includes some loose notes, such as receipts.
