Copies of typed (folio cyclostyled typescript) 'Daily Bulletin' newsletters recording, in emotive language, details of recent occurrences during the civil war, declaring that Mr Cosgrave and his party were 'false to their oaths and their comrades in the south' (01/08/1923). Issue 214 includes a statement of the committee of the Irish Republican's Prisoners Dependants' Fund, issues 222 and 262 include statements from President deValera, issue 228 includes a transcript of a letter from the mother of Mary Comerford who was on hunger-strike, 'because she stands for the Real Independence of Ireland' (25/06/1923), issue 263 an official report on the murder of Staff Capt, Joseph Healy, I.R.A., in which it is reported that the FS (Free State) soldiers when asked by a woman why they 'did not take him prisoner, answered, "Orders are Orders"'.
