Town & Regional Planning Act: No. 4 Planning Scheme Remainder of Co. Health District: primarily containing internal correspondence regarding the new legislation (Planning & Development Act 1963), and implementation of Town and Regional Planning Act, 1934 & 1939 for the whole county, excluding certain proportions for which schemes were already proposed, until the 1963 legislation becomes effective, also includes ‘Notices of Intention’ to propose a planning resolution. Also includes folder of blank or draft forms to be used during the planning process, together with handwritten notes relating to procedures and requirements of the 1934 & 1939 legislation.
