Conditions::Recites details of indenture of 26 June 1655 between of John Eyre, Eyrecourt, Co. Galway and Lawrence Parson, Birr and Parsonstown, Co. Offaly and others on the 1st part and George St George of the other; and deed of 7 February 1677 between John Eyre the elder (deceased, died April 1685) and others 1st part and William [Ffrench], Knight (deceased) and James Duff, Knight, 2nd part, and Lawrence Parson, Walter Plunkett, Knight, Henry Wynns, Knight, 3rd part, and James Sparks 4th part, and Valentine Smyth and John Moran 5th part, being a settlement of the estate of Eyre the elder and John Eyre the younger of lands in Eyrecourt; indenture between Eyre (the younger) and St George where £1,500 of a marriage settlement of £3,000 was paid following the intended marriage of Anne Eyre and Richard St George, son and heir of George St George. The 4th part in indenture of 25 June 1685 grant, bargain and sell St George the lands at Eyrecourt, to have and to hold, for the term of 41 years with the trustees to pay Richard St George and George St George Stg£500 twice yearly for the 41 years.
Now this indenture for €1,000 St George Saint George doth discharge by bargain and sale (lease) the lands to Isabella Walker,[for 41 years with £1,500 to be paid at the end of that period to Richard St George or his heir].
