NOTICE UNDER SECTION 12 OF THE LITTER POLLUTION ACT 1997
(Replacement of Litter Management Plan) 

Galway County Council, has adopted the  Litter Management Plan 2023 – 2025 in accordance with Section 12 of the Litter Pollution Act 1997 for the purpose of the prevention and eradication of litter throughout County Galway, with effect from 26th July 2023.
