Rates can be paid online at http://www.mycoco.ie using your unique PIN.
If you need to confirm your PIN please rin 091 509034.
Rates can also be paid by:
- Direct Debit: Download the Direct Debit Mandate Form or email rates@galwaycoco.ie for a form.
- Credit Card or Laser, please ring 091 509032 or 091 509034 to make payment over the phone.
- An Post Bill Pay: please ring 091 509034 for further information on this method and to order a Bill Pay card.
- EFT: please ring 091 509034 for further information on this method.
- Standing Order: to be set up with your own Bank, we can forward a Standing Order form to you. Please ring 091 509034 for a form.

Where can I pay my rates.
Rates can be paid at the following locations:
Cash desk at the County Hall, Prospect Hill, Galway, open 9am to 3.30pm; open through lunch.
Cash desk at the Offices of Tuam Municipal District, Tuam, open 9:10 am to 4pm, closed for lunch 1pm to 2:10 pm.
Cash Desk at the Offices of Ballinasloe Municipal District, Ballinalsoe: open 9:10am to 4pm, closed for lunch 1pm to 2:10 pm.
